Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD retainer and all credit card charges incurred by Bucket List Retreats.

Cancellations made between Dec 15, 2025 and Feb 16, 2026 will result in a total loss of the trip price.  Trip is Transferrable.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if not meeting minimums (you’ll be refunded in full.)

Travel insurance with medical coverage is required. For your convenience, if a US citizen, we can provide you with a personal quote for travel insurance options. We’ll also offer suggestions for those residing outside of the US

Along with our requirement of Travel Insurance. Intrepid Travel you will be required to:
Provide your full name as per passport, passport number and expiration date, nationality, DOB, gender, rooming requirements, dietary requirements, medical concerns at least 60 days prior to departure of the trip.
Any changes to the itinerary made by you DURING the trip will be your sole responsibility as levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines.
Advise flight arrival and departure details (flight number and arrival time) at least 30 days prior to departure if you wish to have this transfer provided. There is no guarantee we can arrange this transfer if we receive these details within 30 days of departure.
