Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $750 USD retainer and all credit card charges incurred by Bucket List Retreats. 
50% of remaining balance due on or before SEPT. 1, 2026 (This date also marks the final day to receive a full refund minus the retainer if you cancel)
FULL AND FINAL payments due November 17, 2027.  Cancellations made between Nov. 17, 2026 and Jan. 17, 2027 will result in a total loss of the trip price.  Trip is Transferrable.
Cancellations between September 1, 2026 and November 17, 2027: Forfeit 50% of total retreat cost, excluding retainer. Any payments made beyond this amount will be refunded less the retainer
Cancellations after June 1, 2026: Forfeit all amounts paid and remain liable for any unpaid balance of the full retreat fee. No refunds will be issued

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if not meeting minimums (you’ll be refunded in full.)

Travel insurance with medical coverage is REQUIRED For your convenience, if a US citizen, we can provide you with a personal quote for travel insurance options. We’ll also offer suggestions for those residing outside of the US.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if it’s determined that the retreat is not a suitable fit for you, in which case all payments will be refunded.
